Creative Director and Brand Designer

[insatiably curious]

I’m Meg, an independent brand designer and creative director who’s spent 10+ years shaping brands across 11 industries, from telecom and gaming to fitness and spirits. I’ve done the big agency thing (BBDO, McKinney & Silver, 22Squared), and it taught me a lot… including that creativity works better without twelve decision-makers who vary in ego but not in lived experience. Culture isn’t shaped by one background, one education path, or one worldview — so brands and the creative behind them shouldn’t be either.

I started Meg Easter Design Studio as a small rebellion against committee thinking and culture filtered through a single lens — to focus on the work, the people, and the ideas that make it matter. I work independently, but I stay plugged into a community of makers and thinkers who bring voices, skills, and experiences that deepen the work where it counts, allowing for full-service solutions without the full-service overhead.

_12+ Years Experience

Over a decade of agency experience shaping brands for national campaigns and Fortune 500 clients, now brought to the independent studio scale.

_Studio Approach

Fewer layers, closer collaboration, and a creative partner who’s in it with you every step of the way.
It’s branding done with intention, excitement, and passion, not singularity.
