Chick-fil-A asked to reimagine its annual Operator Awards as a world-class live experience that went beyond recognition. The objective was to emotionally honor the people, culture, and service behind top performance through a premium, unforgettable event.
Approach & Result.
The experience was designed as a large-scale, high-energy celebration built on storytelling and spectacle. Custom varsity jackets, large-format banners, a luxury car arrival, tribute films, pyrotechnics, cryo effects, and a live parade led by FAMU’s Marching 100 transformed the convention center into a celebratory stage aligned with the brand’s values. The result was a cohesive, emotionally resonant show that blended performance and production, leaving honorees feeling recognized, inspired, and genuinely valued.
